Within two days, four offers had been made, three of them for cash. After accepting the buyer's offer, the seller received bank approval in one week for a short sale. Escrow closed in January.

The seller's agent was Sarah Carlson of Coldwell Banker. The buyer's agent was Michael Langhals of Keller Williams.
